Family Fun at the Allan Brooks Nature Centre Sat. June 18
Enjoy an evening of stargazing with your family at the Allan Brooks Nature Centre beginning at 8:30 pm on Sat. June 18. (250 Allan Brooks Way, Vernon) With a waxing gibbous Moon (nearly full) just 3° above Saturn, and Jupiter and Mars in full view, the evening is guaranteed to impress. Join members of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada as they share their passion for the stars. A special presentation will be presented should there be cloud cover. Admission by donation, with all proceeds to the Allen Brooks Nature Centre.
